Julie is a member of AAFCPAs’ Outsourced Accounting & Fractional CFO practice, offering specialized CFO consulting services, seamlessly integrating with client teams to provide strategic financial guidance and management support.
Julie is a transformational CFO with decades of experience in the non-profit and for-profit sectors. She has overseen various facets of organizational operations, including Finance and Accounting, HR, IT, and building facilities management. She has adeptly served as a respected member of leadership teams, offering invaluable support to CEOs and acting as a trusted sounding board. Her expertise spans a broad spectrum, encompassing financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, strategic planning, cost control, contract negotiations, nurturing strong board and banking relationships, and driving impactful process improvements. Additionally, Julie has led annual audits, overseen IRS compliance requirements, and provided guidance on debt negotiations.
In addition to her CFO roles, Julie has experience as an investment banker, with specialized expertise in mergers & acquisitions advisory. This includes diverse experience identifying, valuing, and presenting opportunities to domestic and international clients, as well as executing transactions by advising on valuation, process, structure, and negotiation strategies.
