Joel Aronson Character Award
The Joel Aronson Character Award is given annually to the AAFCPAs team member, nominated by the partner group, who best epitomizes the honorable character, work ethic, and client dedication of Joel Aronson, the Founder of AAFCPAs Wealth Management. Joel retired from the firm at the end of 2019 and with this prestigious award, we encourage the passing of the torch of Joel Aronson’s legacy of caring and selflessness.
Team Spirit Award
The Team Spirit Award is given annually to the team member who best exemplifies the firm’s core value of teamwork. This team member exhibits excellence in leadership, collaboration, building relationships, training, coaching, & motivating others, supervision, delegation, utilization of staff, positive team attitude, and conflict management.
Client Service Excellence Awards
The Client Service Excellence awards are given to those team members who best exemplify the firm’s core value of client service. Excellence in client service is the hallmark of the AAFCPAs client experience. We are in business to serve, and strive to not just meet, but exceed our clients’ expectations. We achieve this by building meaningful relationships and trust, by being responsive and meeting deadlines, and by actively listening to needs and proactively offering solutions. This person is their clients’ first call!
Michael Oliveira Kindness Award
AAFCPAs introduced the Michael Oliveira Kindness Award in 2021 in memorial to a remarkable colleague and outstanding young man who positively impacted everyone around him. The annual recipient exemplifies Michael’s traits of unconditional care and concern for others and selfless kindness.
All team members are empowered to recognize and reward their peers by issuing an our Accolade Program, which allows all team members to recognize a peer’s performance that goes well beyond the expectations of the role the person performs for the firm. These on-the-spot rewards are recognized publicly and convert to Amazon Gift Cards.
Milestone Service Awards
Annually, we recognize and thank our dedicated team members for their contributions and celebrate their milestone anniversaries, starting at their 5-year milestone anniversary.
