Talent Management Associate

As a key member of AAFCPAs’ Talent Management team, Emily helps students pursue their career in accounting by providing access to internships and entry-level positions. Meeting rising seniors where they are, she familiarizes and guides them with their next steps in career development. She also helps students and recent graduates explore the many opportunities at AAFCPAs in audit, tax, outsourced accounting, wealth management, firm operations, business process and IT consulting.

Emily plays a pivotal role in regional outreach and recruiting activities on college campuses, working to position top candidates in roles most suited for their purpose and passion. She further acts as their primary point of contact for information on the company’s flexible, social-minded culture along with its career mentorship and development programs.

Conscientious and approachable, Emily is recognized for her team building, customer service, technical, and active listening skills. She brings a demonstrated track record within the accounting industry and holds a bachelor’s degree from Bryant University, with studies focused on team and project management.
