Nichole Reilly, CPA, MBA
Nichole is responsible for planning and executing financial statement audits for sophisticated nonprofit organizations. She has extensive experience serving charter schools and community development corporations (CDCs), human & social services providers, associations, and foundations.
Nichole delivers a full range of solutions solving the challenges that AAFCPAs’ clients face, including audits in accordance with the Uniform Guidance/Single Audit and Government Auditing Standards, as well as the Massachusetts Uniform Financial Report (UFR). She has extensive experience providing assurance solutions, and leading high-energy teams to consistently deliver a positive, non-intrusive client experience.
Nichole is an active member of AAFCPAs’ Education and Nonprofit groups, and the firm’s COVID Response and Recovery Task Force. She is dedicated to building efficiencies in audit procedures and helping clients improve financial controls. She is a mentor, career coach, former leader of the firm’s Professional Advancement & Development program. She is an in-house trainer on GASB, TypeCoach, and other diverse technical and skills-based topics. She is also an active member of AAF’s Women’s Opportunity Network. She has been serving AAFCPAs’ clients since 2010.
