Assistant Director, Career Development & Employee Engagement
Kayla is Assistant Director in AAFCPAs’ Career Development and Employee Engagement team, where she supports the growth of professionals across the firm through executive coaching, leadership training, and tailored development strategies. Bringing a strong background in coaching and talent advising, Kayla helps team members identify and achieve their career goals.
Since 2016, she has provided career and performance coaching, instructed on professional skills, and led a full curriculum redesign of development coursework. She has extensive experience creating and teaching courses on personal branding, LinkedIn/networking, professional communication, and career exploration. Kayla has also developed and implemented programs that foster belonging, promote inclusivity, and support engagement and retention, with a strong focus on growth, mentorship, and leadership.
Upholding a culture of continuous learning and professional growth at AAFCPAs, she provides performance coaching and acts as a trusted sounding board to guide individuals as they navigate their career. Kayla collaborates with team members to help them explore their potential and achieve their professional goals. She is recognized for her proactive problem-solving and clear communication. Kayla also collaborates closely with departments to drive innovation in Talent Management.
Kayla resides in Nashua, New Hampshire, where she enjoys good music, skiing, and spending time outdoors with her husband and children.
