This seminar, designed as Part II to Lawyers Clearinghouse’s very popular Nonprofit Incorporation Workshop, focuses on compliance requirements once initial filings are completed.  Robin and Susan will highlight important considerations for these filings and provide nonprofit leaders with an understanding of what is needed to maintain their not-for-profit and tax-exempt status, so that they can focus on their charitable activities.
