Stacie A. Field, CPA, MBA
Stacie provides tax planning, compliance, and business advisory services to closely-held businesses in a variety of industries, including: rental real estate, professional services, manufacturing & distribution, and technology. Stacie specializes in tax planning & compliance for S corporations, C-Corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and high-net-worth individuals. She advises clients on year-end and multi-year tax planning; monitoring and forecasting of income and operations in order to avoid year-end surprises; historical and current year activity to ensure accuracy and completeness of federal and state filings; opportunities to maximize federal and state tax credits; and minimizing the impact of the Alternative Minimum Tax (AMT). Her depth of expertise ensures that clients are optimizing their tax liability, and that solutions are based upon deep knowledge of best practices and industry trends.
Stacie is a leader in AAFCPAs’ Small & Emerging Business practice, blending her depth of experience in both commercial taxation and accounting processes to assist small business clients in managing all of the moving parts, growing complexities, and future considerations of a growing business. She leads high-energy teams in the delivery of a variety of proven AAF solutions, including: financial statement compilations & reviews; budgeting & forecasting; managed accounting services; business tax planning & compliance, and integration with owners’ and/or executives’ personal tax situations.
Stacie is a member of AAF’s Tax Committee and trains professional staff on topics related to changing tax laws and their impact on our clients’ profitability. She is also a mentor, a coach, and a member of the firm’s Women’s Opportunity Network.
