Robert Constantino, CPA, MSA
Rob is responsible for planning and executing financial audits for sophisticated nonprofit organizations, including: community health centers, charter schools, behavioral health agencies, community development corporations, and community development financial institutions.
Rob has significant experience working with audits in accordance with Uniform Guidance/Single Audit Standards and the Massachusetts Uniform Financial Report. Rob also has extensive experience with ERISA Employee Benefit Plan Audits, as well as the preparation and filing of the Federal Form 990 and Form 990-T unrelated business income tax (UBIT) returns.
Rob is in charge of delivering the AAFCPAs’ client experience, and exceeding expectations. He manages workflow for all deliverables, and ensures that deadlines are met and communication is seamless throughout all phases. For new clients, Rob ensures an easy transition by digging in and asking the right questions to learn the nuances of each client and understanding risks, so we are able to start making an immediate impact.
Rob is an active member of AAFCPAs’ Healthcare Committee, contributing to discussions regarding federal and state regulations, assessing financial risks unique to the industry, and tracking & monitoring risk-based contracts. He also serves as a mentor within the firm’s Professional Accountant Development (PAD) Program.
