Davide has been serving AAF clients since 2002, providing assurance and tax solutions for sophisticated, privately-held companies, including: manufacturing, distribution, green tech & clean tech. He has extensive experience leading high-energy teams to provide efficiency and deliver an overall positive, and non-intrusive audit experience. Davide provides detailed reports about audit findings and communicates business-critical information to management, which adds meaning to the audit process and positively impacts decision making.
Davide is a leader of AAF’s Employee Benefits Plan Audit practice and specializes in ERISA audits, including: 401K, 403B, Defined Benefit, and Health & Welfare Plans. He provides proactive guidance to retirement plan fiduciaries, helping to protect the financial integrity of employee benefit plans and ensure adequate plan assets exists to meet obligations to employees. He reviews the Form 5500 to confirm that your investments reflect accurately in the financial information, and that you are operating the plan in compliance with ERISA. Davide leads forums for shared expertise, and serves as a liaison with IRS and DOL officials regarding ERISA audit issues. He regularly presents training courses relating to improving the overall quality of ERISA/DOL audits.
Davide is a career coach through AAF’s Professional Accounting Development Department, and an in-house trainer on diverse audit topics. He is Co-Chair of the MSCPA’s ERISA Accounting & Auditing Committee, and presents ERISA compliance and best practice training sessions for clients and membership associations, including the MSCPA’s annual Employee Benefit Plan Conference. He is also an active member of the Worcester Economic Club and the Smaller Business Association of New England (SBANE).
