AAFCPAs’ CFO Garrett Kelleher Promoted to Partner
AAFCPAs is pleased to announce the promotion of Garrett Kelleher, MBA, CPA to Partner, recognizing his invaluable leadership as Chief Financial Officer and his role in driving strategic growth, optimizing financial operations, and positioning the firm for long-term success.
As CFO, Garrett leads AAFCPAs’ and AAF Wealth Management’s finance function with a focus on clarity, foresight, and accountability. His work connects financial planning, forecasting, and modeling to real operating conditions, ensuring leadership decisions are grounded in reliable data while positioning the firm to anticipate and adapt to emerging opportunities. His promotion reflects both the scope of his responsibilities and the confidence he has earned across the organization.

Before returning to AAFCPAs, Garrett served on the senior leadership team at Experian Data Quality, overseeing finance, operations, and business transformation. He also helped lead social responsibility programs at EDQ, encouraging volunteerism and nonprofit engagement. His background includes senior finance roles in private industry and experience in the forensic accounting division of a global public accounting firm. He began his career at AAFCPAs in 2000, advancing quickly within the assurance practice.
Garrett is a member of FEI-Boston, the AICPA, and MassCPAs. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.
