AAFCPAs celebrates its 2025 partner class, recognizing the accomplishments of five outstanding professionals whose promotions and roles reflect both personal achievement and the firm’s continued growth. Each new partner has demonstrated a record of leadership, technical excellence, and a client-first approach. Together, they strengthen AAFCPAs’ ability to provide thoughtful, forward-looking solutions beyond our core audit and tax, including outsourced accounting and wealth management along with business transaction, technology, process and risk advisory.
2025 partner additions included:
Enis Bezhani, CPA, MSA
Enis is a trusted advisor to charter schools, community development organizations, and sophisticated nonprofits with complex programs and funding. He helps clients navigate federal and state compliance requirements, structure capital campaigns, and manage complex real estate and affordable housing projects. With deep knowledge of grants, tax credits, and endowment accounting, Enis provides strategies that help align financial planning with operational goals. Since joining AAFCPAs in 2008, he has become a key voice for clients facing intricate regulatory and operational challenges.
Stacie leads AAFCPAs’ Entrepreneurial Tax & Advisory practice, where she works closely with business owners, family enterprises, and entrepreneurs to address the full scope of their financial needs. She combines technical tax knowledge with a practical understanding of business strategy, helping clients integrate personal and business planning, streamline compliance, and prepare for succession. Stacie partners across the firm to ensure clients benefit from coordinated solutions in assurance, accounting, estate planning, and beyond. She has served AAFCPAs clients since 2004 and is recognized as both a leader in tax strategy and a mentor within the firm.
Kelly Zack, MST
Kelly is a sought-after advisor in the complex field of state and local taxation. She works with multistate organizations to identify tax savings opportunities, minimize risk, and navigate ever-changing regulations. Kelly brings specialized expertise in nexus evaluation and apportionment, incentives and credits, and multistate compliance, providing guidance that helps clients remain competitive while meeting their obligations. Her leadership extends to community service as a board member of Victory Programs, Inc. Clients and peers alike recognize Kelly as a leading voice in the evolving SALT landscape.
Lisa brings extensive experience in SOX 404 preparation—a key compliance requirement for public companies—as well as internal audit, risk management, and controls. A Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), she enhances AAFCPAs’ fraud examination and forensic accounting solutions, helping organizations detect and prevent financial misconduct while strengthening governance and transparency. Lisa partners with boards and executives to design sustainable control frameworks and manage regulatory complexity. Her arrival deepens AAFCPAs’ advisory capabilities and broadens opportunities to support public companies nationwide with practical, forward-looking solutions.

Ron also co-leads AAFCPAs’ Cannabis practice, with highly specialized expertise supporting licensing, compliance, business planning, and deal execution. A published author and speaker, he has served on civic and nonprofit boards, received community and business awards, and actively supports philanthropic initiatives, including childhood cancer awareness and entrepreneur mentorship.
“Our 2025 partner class is a source of pride for the entire firm,” said Carla McCall, CPA, CGMA, Managing Partner. “Enis, Stacie, Kelly, Lisa, and Ron have earned the trust of clients and colleagues alike through their insight, collaboration, and commitment to excellence.
