New Directors
Jennifer L’Heureux, CPA, Audit is responsible for leading high-energy teams in planning and executing financial statement audits for sophisticated nonprofits and privately held companies. She serves a variety of industries, including charter schools and charter management organizations, independent schools, educational services providers, construction, publishing, and green tech. She contributes to AAFCPAs’ Lease ASU Task Force and Accounting & Assurance Committee, guiding clients through evolving standards. Jen also supports professional development as a member of the Learning & Development Advisory Committee and trainer. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, accounting, magna cum laude, from Worcester State University. Out of the office, Jen recharges with days on the golf course and seaside escapes.

Kasey Moran
Kasey Moran, Audit is a leader in AAFCPAs’ Community & Economic Development Practice, providing assurance, tax, and consulting solutions to community development corporations and affordable housing developers. She has specialized expertise in tax credit financing, including New Markets, Low-Income Housing, and Historic Rehabilitation tax credits, supporting projects from deal structuring to compliance and investor exits. Kasey has expertise in Uniform Guidance and Single Audit requirements, managing complex funding and financial reporting. She is a past Senior Scholar Athlete of the Year at St. Anselm’s and enjoys time with her yellow lab, Ralphie, who starts and ends each day with a wag and a smile.
Thomas Perruna Jr., CPA, Audit delivers practical insights and forward-looking strategies for Federally Qualified Health Centers, Community Development Corporations, and human and social service providers. He serves on AAFCPAs’ Healthcare and Affordable Housing Executive Committees. With expertise in Uniform Guidance audits, Government Auditing Standards, and state-specific filing requirements, including the Massachusetts UFR, Thomas advises clients on government funding compliance, internal controls, and cost allocation. His healthcare clients benefit from his knowledge of third-party billing and reimbursement models. Thomas also guides clients on New Markets and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. Outside work, he enjoys surfcasting, often found outdoors casting a line.

Matthew Lougee
Matthew Lougee, CPA, MSA, Tax delivers strategic tax strategies and compliance solutions to closely held businesses in construction, manufacturing, distribution, and retail. He focuses on federal and state tax planning and compliance for C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, and their owners. Matt has guided clients through relief programs like the Employee Retention Tax Credit, helping maximize benefits while ensuring compliance. He advises on year-end and multi-year tax planning, integrating business and personal strategies. Matt collaborates with AAFCPAs’ multi-disciplinary team of wealth advisors and consulting tax attorneys to address estate planning and tax-efficient investing. Outside work, he enjoys pickleball, spending time with family, and cheering the Red Sox at Fenway.
Tomas Pueyo Riga, CPA, MSA, Tax is a leader in AAFCPAs’ Commercial Tax Practice, delivering international, federal, multi-state, and local tax planning and compliance solutions. He advises privately held businesses and emerging sectors like green technology and cannabis on advanced tax strategies. Tomas specializes in cannabis industry tax compliance, including IRC 280E, tax credits, and multi-state sales tax obligations. He also guides clients on state and local tax complexities, partnership allocations, and ASC 740 provisions. Fluent in English and Spanish, Tomas has appeared on NBC Channel 10 and Telemundo, sharing tax insights with broad audiences.

Greta Whelan
Greta Whelan, CPA, MST, Tax is a leader in AAFCPAs’ Entrepreneurial Tax Practice with more than 25 years of public accounting experience. She counsels closely held businesses and their owners on tax planning and compliance including federal, state, and multistate taxation. She oversees complex tax filings and develops projections to help manage cash flow and avoid unexpected liabilities. She also collaborates with AAFCPAs’ consulting tax attorneys, CFOs, and AAF Wealth Management wealth advisors on estate, trust, and financial strategies, and is an active contributor to AAFCPAs’ Tax Training Committee. Greta originally pursued physics in college before switching her focus to accounting—a fun fact that highlights her analytical mindset.
New Consulting CFO
Pamela Seymour, CPA is a Consulting CFO in AAFCPAs’ Outsourced Accounting & Fractional CFO practice, providing strategic financial leadership to nonprofits, foundations, charitable trusts, and educational organizations. She brings over 30 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and operational oversight, partnering with executives and boards to strengthen planning, reporting, and governance. Pamela also manages finance teams, implements process improvements, and advises on system integrations to enhance efficiency and transparency. A proud mother of three adult sons, she enjoys celebrating their milestones, tending her perennial gardens and orchids, and quiet evenings reading or crocheting with her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel by her side.

Sarah Eden
Sarah Eden is a Tax Manager at AAFCPAs, providing strategic tax solutions for closely held businesses primarily in the construction industry. She advises contractors, trade professionals, and business owners on federal and multi-state filings, credits and incentives, and year-round planning to improve cash flow and minimize surprises. She coordinates with AAFCPAs’ assurance team to support bonding requirements and maintain audit readiness. Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree and MBA in accounting from Assumption University and is working toward CPA licensure. She lives in New Zealand, where she enjoys hiking, exploring nature, and spending time with family and friends.

Ryan Wolff, MBA has been promoted to Senior Consultant, AI & Strategic Innovation. He leads AAFCPAs’ Automation Center of Excellence, helping clients streamline processes through robotic process automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging technology. Ryan drives audit efficiency and firmwide innovation, pairing IT expertise with accounting experience. A 2024 Digital CPA Innovative Practitioner Award recipient, he also mentors early career professionals through AAFCPAs’ Professional Advancement & Development program. Ryan holds an MBA and a BA in Accounting and Finance from Assumption University and is recognized for his leadership in process improvement and technology adoption.

Yashoda Sookraj
Yashoda Sookraj, MBA, MSBA has been promoted to Advisor, Governance, Risk & Compliance. She supports AAFCPAs’ Technology & Process Advisory practice, focusing on data analytics, cybersecurity, and IT attestations, including SOC reports and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Yash manages the CaseWare IDEA process and collaborates with clients to translate data into actionable insights using tools such as PowerBI, SQL, Tableau, and AWS. She earned dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and Business Analytics from Suffolk University and a bachelor’s degree in Applied Legal Studies from Ithaca College. Yash is recognized for her technical expertise and commitment to client-focused solutions.
