HUI-TING GRADY, CPA, MBA, DIRECTOR, ASSURANCE

Hui-Ting came to AAFCPAs in 2006 and provides exceptional assurance solutions to multi-service human and social services providers, behavioral health, and community and economic development agencies. She is among a select group of CPAs who earned the Advanced Single Audit badge from AICPA for her expertise in planning, directing, and reporting on single audits in accordance with the latest requirements of the Uniform Guidance. Hui-Ting is a leader in the firm’s Accounting and Assurance (A&A) Committee, Revenue Recognition Task Force, and Lease Accounting Task Force where she flexes her advanced technical skills and knowledge! Fun fact: Hui-Ting loves traveling and spending time with family, whether she’s returning to Taiwan or taking her daughter on trips to farms to enjoy strawberry, cherry, blueberry, or apple picking.

CIRO CASTALDI, JR., CPA, MBA, MANAGER

Ciro plans and executes financial statement audits for Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), early education and care agencies, membership and research organizations, foundation and grant-making institutions. He is an active member of AAFCPAs’ Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee, leader of the firm’s Professional Advancement & Development (PAD) program, Adjunct Accounting Professor at Stonehill College, and Adjunct Accounting Instructor at Southern New Hampshire University. Committed to philanthropy, Ciro volunteers on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee at Families for Depression Awareness and offers his time to the MassCPAs’ Young Professional Advisory Group. Fun fact: Ciro is a Boston sports enthusiast.

JACQUELINE R. CATRAMBONE, CPA, MANAGER

Jackie leads financial statement audits for sophisticated privately held commercial companies in biotechnology, healthcare, manufacturing and distribution. She advises emerging start-ups as well as mature companies well-established in their industries. She is an active member of AAFCPAs’ Learning & Development Committee, dedicated to keeping colleagues up to date on what they need to know. She is passionate about making a difference in her community and with her work. Fun fact: Jackie went to a graphic design trade school in high school.

JENNIFER A. L’HEUREUX, MANAGER

Jen leads high-energy teams in the planning and administration of financial statement audits for sophisticated nonprofit and privately held organizations. She is a member of AAFCPAs’ Lease ASU Task Force and the firm’s Learning & Development Advisory Committee. Fun fact: Jen participated in AAFCPAs’ Zip2CPA program. She successfully passed all four parts of the CPA exam and has three classes to go before she can apply for her license! She loves to play golf.

KASEY MORAN, MANAGER

Kasey plans and administers financial audits for multiservice human and social service providers, FQHCs, behavioral health providers, Community Development Corporations (CDCs), and other nonprofits. She is a leader in the firm’s CDC Executive Committee, dedicated to keeping clients and team members apprised of emerging issues and opportunities in the industry. Fun fact: Kasey has a dog named Ralphie and studied abroad in Italy.
