Amy Staunton, CPA is a senior member of AAFCPAs’ Managed Accounting Solutions (MAS) practice, providing high-level, outsourced CFO services for nonprofits, foundations, and grant-making organizations. Tony Dello Stritto, CPA, MST is a member of AAFCPAs’ Commercial Tax Practice, specializing in advising multi-state and multi-national businesses on managing and planning for the continuously evolving complexities of Federal, state, and local taxation, including mitigating risks for non-compliance. He specializes in providing guidance to C corporation clients on available tax benefits to minimize or prevent double taxation, including benefits made available as part of the 2017 Tax Cuts & Jobs Act (TCJA). He is a leader in AAFCPAs’ Community & Economic Development practice serving community development corporations (CDCs), affordable housing and mixed-use real estate projects, and their lending institutions. Kevin remains current with his deep knowledge on all new, existing, and changing applicable tax credits in the community & economic development industry, including: the Massachusetts community investment tax credit, new markets tax credits, low income housing tax credits, federal and state historic tax credits, and rehabilitation credits.
