AAFCPAs Encourages Aspiring Accountant with $2,500 Scholarship
Erin M. Serafin, an aspiring accounting professional at the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, is the recipient of AAFCPAs’ 2019 Scholarship of $2,500. This scholarship was awarded through the Massachusetts Society of CPAs’ (MSCPA) Educational Foundation and MSCPA Scholarship Program. The announcement was made during an event honoring educators and scholarship winners hosted by the MSCPA.
“I am so grateful for the scholarship I received from AAFCPAs and am looking forward to a bright future in accounting,” said Serafin. “I hope to leverage my investigative and problem-solving skills to help organizations conduct business ethically and practically.”
AAFCPAs has participated in the MSCPA Scholarship Program since 2007, rewarding $2,500 annually to a deserving student who excels and achieves in their pursuit of a career in the exciting Accounting profession.
