Enis Bezhani, MSA has extensive experience providing audit, tax, and advisory solutions to sophisticated nonprofit organizations. Daniel Cahill, CPA is a member of AAFCPAs’ Commercial Tax Practice, providing sophisticated tax planning, strategy, and compliance solutions for diverse privately-held companies, as well as high-net-worth individuals. He specializes in multistate taxation, and proactively advises AAFCPAs clients as they grow and expand into new geographic markets. Dan helps to ensure clients are not only in compliance with all relevant tax laws, but also maximizing financial resources and strategies to meet goals.

Emily Donnelly, CPA is responsible for planning and executing financial audits for diverse, sophisticated nonprofit organizations. She is an active member of AAFCPAs’ Audit & Assurance Committee, Nonprofit Sub-committee, and Revenue Recognition Task Force dedicated to remain up-to-date on all the latest regulatory requirements. She serves as a sounding board for clients, and provides valuable financial management assistance on complex technical accounting issues.

 

David J. Gravel, CPA, MPAc is a member of AAFCPAs’ Commercial Tax Practice, providing clients with comprehensive, strategic tax expertise, including federal, state, and multi-state tax planning and compliance solutions.  Dave specializes in partnership compliance, including analysis of partner allocations, taxability of distributions and deductibility of pass-through losses, and foreign partner compliance requirements. He develops a broad awareness of each client’s specific circumstances in order to effectively optimize their plan with respect to current trends, tax rule changes, and tax strategies.

Andrew Puricelli, MSA leads audit engagement processes for AAFCPAs’ diverse nonprofit client base including: CDCs and their affordable housing development projects, community development financial institutions, multiservice human & social service providers, and foundation & grant-making organizations. Andrew brings a client-focused approach to all aspects of the audit process, taking great care to gain insight into a client’s specific operations and financial objectives resulting in meaningful recommendations on business processes, procedures, and internal controls.
