Director of Career Development and Engagement
Mary-Kate is an accomplished career development leader who helps individuals navigate their professional paths and gain clarity through thoughtful self-reflection. Building on this focus, she leads a team of skilled coaches dedicated to serving team members at every stage of their careers at AAFCPAs. The Career Development & Engagement team delivers individualized coaching and targeted programs, including the Professional Advancement & Development, or PAD, program, the firm’s one-year incubator designed to equip new professionals with tools to strengthen career management skills. The team also leads the Talent Advising program, which offers group coaching and customized one-on-one career support for mid-level professionals, as well as the Executive Coaching program, which supports managers through partners as they balance team leadership with the responsibility to inspire others. Through this work, professionals gain clarity on what they need to perform at their highest level and take ownership of their career trajectory.
