Ryan Wolff to Present on Innovation Strategy and Technology Adoption at CwX 2025

AAFCPAs will be featured at CwX 2025, where Ryan Wolff, MBA, a leader of Strategic Innovation & Data Analytics, has been invited to join a panel focused on advancing firmwide technology adoption. Hosted by Rob Brown, co-founder of the Accounting Influencers Roundtable, the session brings together leaders who are driving change in how firms adopt and scale emerging tools.

In this session, The People Dynamic in Technology Adoption from 2-4:15 PM on May 21, 2025, Ryan will offer a look inside AAFCPAs’ approach to building sustainable systems for innovation—from piloting new technologies to refining feedback loops that improve performance over time. He will share perspectives on how to foster engagement, involve cross-functional teams in decision-making, and reduce resistance to change through structured onboarding and communication.

As part of AAFCPAs’ Business Process & IT Consulting practice and a leader in the firm’s Automation Center of Excellence, Ryan helps clients identify high-value opportunities for robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence (AI) applications. He also guides internal innovation initiatives that boost efficiency.
