“I always look forward to Mentoring Monday because it’s a chance to show up as your authentic self and have real, energizing conversations,” Carla shared. “The connections are meaningful, the advice goes both ways, and you walk away reminded of how powerful it is when women take the time to lift each other up.”
For mentors, the annual event offers a unique opportunity to listen, reflect, and share perspective shaped by real-world experience. For mentees, it provides access to leaders they may not otherwise meet along with practical guidance grounded in the realities of today’s workplace. The afternoon concludes with a networking reception, extending conversations beyond structured sessions and reinforcing the value of community within the regional business landscape.
By participating as a mentor, Carla McCall contributes to a program designed to foster connection across industries and career stages. Mentoring Monday offers a setting where experience is exchanged openly, questions are welcomed, and professional growth is treated as a shared responsibility. The event underscores the role business leaders play in shaping not only their organizations, but the broader community they serve.
