Regulatory Update: Massachusetts Extends FY25 UFR Deadline to January 15, 2026
AAFCPAs would like to make clients aware, in response to the delayed release of the Federal Compliance Supplement, the Massachusetts Operational Services Division (OSD) has announced a statewide extension for FY25 Uniform Financial Report (UFR) submissions. This update provides clarity and relief for providers navigating compliance timelines.
New Deadline Details
- Extended Deadline: January 15, 2026
- Automatic Extension: No need to file a request; this extension applies to all providers.
- Submission Method: Use the eFile system at https://ufr.osd.state.ma.us/
Special Consideration Requests
If your organization requires an allocation, a further extension, or a waiver beyond the January 15, 2026 deadline, you can submit your request through the designated Formstack portal at https://maosd.formstack.com/forms/ufr_extension_allocation_waiver_forms.
