Kaite Valliere Recognized with MassCPAs 2025 Women to Watch Award
AAFCPAs is pleased to share that Kaite Valliere, CPA, MSA has been selected as a recipient of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs’ 2025 Women to Watch Award in the Emerging Leader category.
The award recognizes professionals with two to eight years of experience who demonstrate exceptional commitment to the profession and their community. It highlights engagement with MassCPAs, mentoring colleagues, advancing workplace practices, and contributing to the communities served.
Kaite has built a record of achievement that speaks to both discipline and vision. While advancing in her client-facing role, she earned a master’s degree in forensic accounting and has continued to pursue specialized credentials in this complex field. She has already contributed to business valuations and forensic analysis assignments, sharpening skills that strengthen the firm’s capabilities in emerging areas of need. She was also honored with a peer-nominated Client Service Award, reflecting the trust she has earned from colleagues and clients alike.
Her leadership extends beyond technical expertise. Kaite has streamlined complex processes through innovation, such as robotic process automation tools that save significant time and improve accuracy, freeing teams to focus on higher-impact work for clients. She is deeply engaged in nonprofit accounting and housing and community development projects along with advisory committees within the firm, ensuring that clients benefit from thoughtful guidance grounded in both technical rigor and practical insight. Just as important, she invests in colleagues through mentoring, professional development, and advocacy for inclusion—qualities that exemplify the values AAFCPAs celebrates in this recognition.
“Kaite brings a rare combination of technical excellence, innovation, and heart to her work,” said Carla McCall, CPA, CGMA, Managing Partner. “She has strengthened our firm through her leadership in nonprofit accounting and forensic engagements. But what truly sets her apart is the way she invests in others and in giving back to the community. Kaite’s recognition is well deserved, and we are grateful for the energy and vision she brings to our clients and our firm every day.”
Kaite will be honored during MassCPAs’ Women’s Leadership Summit on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at the Marriott Newton, where she will also take part in a panel discussion with fellow award recipients.
AAFCPAs congratulates Kaite on this recognition and reaffirms its commitment to fostering leadership, advancing the profession, and delivering solutions that strengthen clients and communities.
