Carla was recently featured in FM Magazine offering guidance on asking for help improving professional skills. She was also recently interviewed by the BBJ for her insight on how diversity has changed over the past decade.
Carla is known for bringing out the best in others. She relishes opportunities to show people how to lead and she models the attitude, work ethic, and standards she wants to see in others. She recently championed the hiring of the firm’s Director of Talent Advancement, who is focused on helping employees maximize their career happiness and potential through Full Potential Coaching and Career Self-Reliance Training.
