Ed is a veteran CFO and a senior member of the Practice’s multi-functional team providing outsourced CFO oversight and strategic planning. He has 25 years of experience providing leadership to companies in various stages and working with multi-national businesses raising millions of dollars in both debt and equity capital transactions. John is an accomplished financial leader and value creator with 35 years of experience aligning strategy with operational planning and leveraging people, processes, and technology to deliver improved EBITDA to ownership. He has strong Financial, Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Expertise. His diverse experience includes advising both public and private companies, including Private Equity/Venture Capital backed start-ups, as well as mature and turnaround organizations.
