Rebecca Chamberlain, MSM
Consulting Accounting Manager
Rebecca is a member of AAFCPAs’ Outsourced Accounting & Fractional CFO (OAFC) practice, where she provides accounting and financial operations support to nonprofit organizations including foundations, life sciences entities, and educational institutions such as charter schools, private schools, high schools, and programs serving college students. Her work with schools includes both direct and indirect support, such as managing emergency funds, supplies, housing, and similar needs. She helps clients streamline financial processes, improve reporting accuracy, and maintain clear communication between OAFC team members, client leadership, and external stakeholders, ensuring clients have reliable information to guide decisions.
With experience in QuickBooks and Bill.com, and as a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor, Rebecca manages outsourced accounting engagements with efficiency and precision. She works to strengthen internal controls, support efficient expense management and vendor relationships, and foster a collaborative environment, helping organizations operate smoothly and stay audit-ready.
Rebecca actively serves on AAFCPAs’ Inclusion and Belonging Council. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, as well as a Master of Science in Management, both from Worcester State University. Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys reading and participates in OAFC’s book club, which fosters thoughtful discussion among colleagues. She also maintains a lifelong connection to dance through weekly ballet classes.
