Resource & Operations Manager
Nicole is AAFCPAs’ Resource & Operations Manager, responsible for ensuring the firm has the right professionals in place to deliver exceptional client service. She plays a critical role in aligning talent with client needs, helping teams meet deadlines efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.
She oversees capacity planning and scheduling across the firm, forecasting project needs and ensuring engagements are staffed with the right balance of expertise. Her approach optimizes efficiency while supporting work-life balance. She also collaborates with AAFCPAs’ Talent Management team to track performance, ensuring teams are equipped to handle complex engagements.
Beyond resource management, Nicole works closely with firm leadership on operational initiatives, including software implementations and process improvements. She partners with the finance team to manage budgets, providing insights on resource allocation and operational costs to support data-driven decision-making. A proactive problem solver, she quickly identifies and addresses challenges, ensuring seamless operations and a positive experience for both team members and clients.
An advocate for professional growth, Nicole serves as Chair of AAFCPAs’ Women’s Opportunity Network and contributes to the firm’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives. She also shares her expertise broadly, recently contributing insights published through PrimeGlobal on adapting DEI charters amid changing social landscapes.
Nicole holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and a BBA from Salem State University, graduating magna cum laude. She is a Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP)® through the Resource Management Institute. A resident of Manchester, New Hampshire, Nicole is a passionate advocate for health and wellness, with a special focus on supporting, coaching, and empowering those with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Whether sharing insights from her own experiences or helping others navigate their wellness journeys, she strives to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those around her.
