Joseph provides audit and consulting solutions to a diverse range of health and human services organizations including Federally Qualified Health Centers, skilled nursing facilities, and nonprofits focused on aging, disability, and behavioral health. He helps clients navigate complex regulatory and reporting requirements including 340B program audits, cost reports, and state-specific filings, such as those in Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the City of Philadelphia.
Joseph leads engagement teams from planning through completion, ensuring thorough, accurate financial statements, disclosures, and reports. He emphasizes collaboration and clear communication across teams and with clients, translating regulatory and operational complexities into practical, actionable guidance. Joseph also identifies opportunities to solve challenges and enhance client outcomes through integrated audit and consulting solutions.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Stockton University and is currently pursuing his CPA licensure. Joseph lives in New Jersey and spends his free time on the golf course or traveling with his family.
