Jen is responsible for leading high-energy teams in planning and executing financial statement audits for commercial industries, including: Construction, Manufacturing & Distribution, Cannabis, Professional Services, Architecture & Engineering, and Insurance.
As a leader in AAFCPAs’ construction practices, Jen is well-versed in evaluating compliance with both GASB and FASB standards, and she regularly serves nonprofit clients subject to Uniform Guidance/Single Audit requirements. In addition, Jen provides audits and reviews tailored to contractors, offering practical insight into the industry’s distinct accounting practices and internal control considerations.
Beyond compliance, Jen helps clients interpret financial and operational data uncovered during the audit process, identifying opportunities to strengthen controls, enhance efficiency, and reduce risk. She contributes to several internal committees, including AAFCPAs’ Lease ASU Task Force and the firm’s Accounting & Assurance Committee, where she helps interpret evolving standards and guide implementation strategies.
A strong advocate for professional development, Jen serves on the firm’s Learning & Development Advisory Committee and is a frequent in-house trainer on topics aligned with her industry specialties. Jen earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting, magna cum laude, from Worcester State University. She recharges with days on the golf course and seaside escapes.
