Jacqueline R. Catrambone, CPA

Jackie is a Consulting Controller in AAFCPAs’ Outsourced Accounting & Fractional CFO (OAFC) practice, providing cloud-based outsourced accounting and financial consulting solutions for privately held commercial businesses.

She delivers knowledgeable financial leadership, accounting oversight, and guidance on process improvement. Jackie designs and implements systems for analyzing and reporting financial data, ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and recommends strategies to strengthen efficiency, effectiveness, and internal controls. She assists business owners and leadership teams with strategic financial and operational projects including budget preparation, cash flow forecasting, work in progress analysis, benchmarking, contract review, and insurance evaluations. She collaborates with AAFCPAs’ multi-disciplinary team as needed to bring the firm’s full depth of resources to each engagement. Jackie also coordinates with clients’ tax accountants and auditors to ensure records are accurate, organized, and readily available for examination.

As Consulting Controller, Jackie helps clients right size their finance function by supervising transactional accounting activities. This includes oversight of accounts payable and disbursements, payroll processing, accounts receivable tracking and invoicing, credit card transaction processing, journal entry recording, general ledger account reconciliations, subsidiary record maintenance, and month-end closing procedures.

Prior to joining the Outsourced Accounting & Fractional CFO practice, Jackie worked as a manager responsible for planning and executing financial statement audits for privately held commercial companies including biotechnology, healthcare, and manufacturing and distribution organizations. She also advised both emerging start-ups and mature companies established in their industries.

Jackie earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Management from the University of New Hampshire and holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. She is an active member of AAFCPAs’ Learning & Development Committee, dedicated to ensuring colleagues remain current on technical and regulatory knowledge. She is passionate about making a difference both in her community and through her professional contributions. Jackie lives in Bridgewater, Massachusetts and spends her free time traveling, snowboarding, and ice skating. She might also be spotted enjoying the calm of a day at the beach.
