Olga Yasinnik, CPA, MBA

Olga is a distinguished leader within AAFCPAs’ Community Impact Human Services and Community Development practices, bringing deep expertise in Single Audits and Uniform Guidance compliance along with state-specific compliance and filing requirements, nonprofit funding, endowments, and the financial strategies that sustain mission-driven impact. She plays a key role on the firm’s Nonprofit Accounting & Auditing Committee and serves as a go-to technical resource on federal awards and compliance, leading internal training on Single Audit and Uniform Guidance requirements and advising clients on complex compliance, reporting, and audit readiness matters.
Olga also works closely with nonprofit organizations with international operations, helping them address cross-border compliance, reporting, and risk considerations. In addition, she partners with nonprofit leaders in a trusted advisory capacity, helping design and deliver consulting services that strengthen financial management, governance, and long-term sustainability.
Outside of client work, Olga is a mentor and talent cultivator, committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and developing the next generation of leaders at AAFCPAs. She is recognized as a mentor and talent cultivator. Her commitment to sharing her knowledge and developing successors has fortified AAFCPAs’ capabilities and helped to develop a pipeline of emerging leaders.
Olga is the 2023 recipient of AAFCPAs’ partner-nominated Joel Aronson Character Award, recognizing her dedication to clients’ well-being and her generosity of time towards team members and communities in need. She is passionately dedicated to social impact, currently serving on the Board of MetroWest Development Collaborative, Inc. She is also an alumna of the Simmons School of Management 2014-2015 Women’s Leadership Program. Olga speaks English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
