AAFCPAs is pleased to announce that Jack Finning, CPA, CGMA, CBEC recently earned the Certified Business Exit Consultant® designation from Pinnacle Equity Solutions, Inc. To receive the CBEC designation, Jack achieved a significant level of distinction, demonstrating mastery of the exit planning process including the delivery of solutions that assist business owners with the largest financial and emotional transaction of their lives.

Jack specializes in business exit strategy planning for owners of private companies. This includes guidance on exit options, developing an optimal exit strategy plan, analysis and advice on tax implications and costs, due diligence, transaction structure analysis, employee compensation programs, and post-transaction integration.
