Westborough, MA August, 2005 – Alexander, Aronson, Finning & Co., P.C. (AAF) donates 20 computer units to a village in Thailand that lost their school and library during the Tsunami in December 2004. The computers will be housed in the soon to be rebuilt Learning center which 126 students and 6 teachers in the village will utilize to further their educational studies.
Ban Kadthi Village School is located in Phayao province. Phayao is in the northern part of Thailand and approximately a 15 hour bus ride from Bangkok.
Alexander, Aronson, Finning & Co. worked with the Worcester South Foursquare Church to help donate the computers. Herb Alexander, President of AAF, states, “We are happy to lend a hand to the children in Thailand. Many of the recipients have never seen a computer before. This donation should help provide a new beginning for many children.”.”
Sangwian Paengwan of Kadthi Village School stated “They are very grateful to know that someone on the other side of the world has such a great heart and is kind enough to think of them and is willing to give a helping hand. They all will never forget you and what you have done to help them.”
