Bella specializes in business tax compliance, planning, and consulting. She coordinates tax services, brings timely, value-added tax strategies, and provides on-going proactive planning advice to her clients. Her clients include companies in growth mode and those going through significant change. She has extensive experience in global tax planning in the areas of GILTI, Subpart F, FDII, foreign tax credit, state and local nexus analysis, and global restructurings to achieve optimal tax results. Bella also assists business owners with their income tax matters.
Bella joined AAFCPAs in 2016 after gaining over 10 years of experience in the tax departments of national and global public accounting firms. She has been focused on corporate taxation throughout her career.
