SANDY TARASIAK, MSA, MANAGER
Sandy is a member of AAFCPAs’ Employee Benefit Plan Audit & Consulting Practice. She brings extensive expertise in the Department of Labor’s rules and regulations for reporting and disclosure under ERISA. She has earned the Advanced Defined Contribution Plans Audit badge from AICPA in recognition of her commitment to quality. Sandy is a firm-wide trainer and instructor, guiding team members as they conduct ERISA audits, and a performance manager, coaching and mentoring new accountants. Fun fact: Sandy has been to almost all the major league baseball parks with her family. They have seven left and a trip planned for August to see the Texas Rangers.

PATRICK C. COAKLEY, MBA, MANAGER
Pat is also a member of AAFCPAs’ Employee Benefit Plan Audit & Consulting practice. In this role, he supervises audits and advises plan sponsors on ERISA compliance requirements, including those associated with the administration of 401(k), 403(b), defined benefit, and health and welfare plans. Pat is also a member and coach of AAFCPAs’ internal Professional Advancement & Development (PAD) program, the firm’s one-year incubator program providing new professionals with tools to enhance their own career management skills. Fun fact: In his free time, Pat likes to spend time with family, friends, and his dog Bentley.
