Westborough, MA 1/8/2019 – AAFCPAs is excited to announce the promotion of four additional Partners to our growing team: Andrew Hammond, CFP®, Carmen Grinkis, PhD, CLTC, CFP®, Matthew McGinnis, CPA, and Davide Villani, CPA, CGMA are fully engrossed in the industries we serve, and work closely together to best serve our diverse client base with the distinction of excellence.
Carmen Grinkis and Andy Hammond are both sharp, energetic leaders of AAFCPAs Wealth Management, serving individuals & families, retirement plan sponsors, and nonprofits & foundations. As Wealth Advisors, they provide custom financial plans that incorporate tax planning, investment management, insurance evaluation and planning, business consultation, and estate planning. Carmen has a PhD in Clinical Psychology, a perspective that benefits clients because so much of financial planning is life planning. She is also an experienced entrepreneur. Andy joined our team of wealth advisors with 17 years of diverse investment experience at Fidelity Investments. He is absolutely passionate about the markets and loves to work with clients to help them protect and grow their assets. Carmen and Andy are part of our growing Wealth Advisory team which provides valuable peace of mind to those who share the awesome responsibility to manage wealth.

Matt McGinnis joined AAFCPAs as staff accountant upon graduation from Assumption College. Matt excelled to become a leader of AAFCPAs’ Community & Economic Development Practice, with extensive experience providing assurance, tax, and operational consulting solutions to community development corporations (CDCs), affordable housing and mixed-use real estate developers, and their lending institutions. He is also a leader of the firm’s Charter School Practice, providing proven solutions for charter schools and Charter Management Organizations (CMOs).

Dave Villani joined AAFCPAs shortly after graduating from Assumption College. He leads AAFCPAs’ Employee Benefit Plan Audit & Consulting Practice and has extensive expertise in Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) standards. He is deeply committed and immersed in producing quality and meaningful ERISA audits, and is highly sought-after for his guidance on meeting fiduciary responsibilities and mitigating risks that plan sponsors face.
