Jeff joined AAF in 1994 upon graduating from college and provides accounting, tax and consulting services to both commercial companies and nonprofit organizations. In the for-profit area, he works with a variety of closely held businesses and specializes in working with software development, manufacturing and real-estate corporations.

In the nonprofit area, he specializes in working with social and human service agencies, including multi-service agencies, residential and day treatment providers, child care organizations, community development corporations and their related affordable housing properties and membership organizations. Jeff also specializes in providing Federal and state audits to the firm's clients. Jeff is one of our experts with the preparation and review of the Uniform Financial Report. Given his extensive nonprofit client base, Jeff is often asked for his advice by clients in the areas of endowment activity, capital campaigns, internal control enhancements and operational budgeting and forecasting.

Jeff graduated magna cum laude from Salem State University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a minor in Economics. While at college, he received the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants Award for Academic Achievement and the Becker Review Scholarship. Jeff teaches a comprehensive budgeting and forecasting training to executives and board members. He also actively teaches trainings to our professional staff and clients throughout the year.

Jeff was honorably awarded the 2010 Jacob S. Segal President's award for his service to the Salem State University Foundation. In 2009, he was recognized as a Worcester Business Journal 40 under 40 award winner for his outstanding business success and continuing contributions to the community.

In addition to being a member of AAF's Executive & Recruiting Committees, Jeff is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA) and the Salem State University Alumni Association. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Salem State University Foundation where he serves on the Executive Committee and is the Chairperson of the Audit/Finance Committee. Previously, Jeff served on the MSCPA's Real Estate Committee.
