David is a shareholder and has been with AAF since 1987. David services both nonprofit organizations and commercial enterprises. His nonprofit client base includes social service agencies, community health centers, and legal service organizations.

David is the firm's designated Partner of the AICPA's Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center and is the Director of AAF's Employee Benefit Division and oversees the majority of our ERISA employee benefit plan audits. David has extensive experience in conducting ERISA employee benefit plan audits, as well as audits in accordance with Government Auditing Standards and, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-133.

His commercial client base consists of professional services, manufacturing, and high tech companies, where he consults on financial, accounting, tax, and profit enhancement matters.

David is a graduate of Assumption College and is a member of the AICPA, the MSCPA, and is a member of the Assumption College Accounting Advisory Board. David consistently volunteers his time. He is a board member of the Shrewsbury American Youth Football and Cheer Organization and is a Trustee and current Treasurer of The Ecotarium in Worcester, MA. He also serves on the firm's Executive Committee and is Chairman of the Recruiting Committee.

David conducts regular in-house trainings for staff members on compliance and planning for ERISA employee benefit plan and nonprofit audits and has been a past presenter of AAF's Uniform Financial Statement update training.

David will have final responsibility on all audit and accounting matters and will be responsible for the overall quality of our services.
