Dana joined AAF in 1981. He is a shareholder of the firm and a member of AAF's Executive Committee. Dana services a wide variety of closely held and family run businesses. Many of these clients are in the manufacturing, retail and distribution industries and require audits. Dana has expertise in working with clients who require multi-state tax filings and who operate internationally.

Active in the community, Dana is presently a Board Member and Treasurer of the ARC of Greater Haverhill-Newburyport and is a member of the Audit Committee of Lawrence General Hospital. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA), having served on the Construction and Long-Term Care Committees for the latter organization. Dana has served on the planning committee for various American Cancer Society fund-raising functions and is a former member of the Finance Committee and Executive Committee of the United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley.

Dana is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in accounting.
